PIAB's COAX ™ Technology

A new and improved design based on PIAB's innovative multi-staged concept for creating vacuum with compressed air.

COAX ™ integrates the internal components of a multi-staged vacuum pump into a single cartridge. The results is a smaller, more efficient, highly flexible technology that allows you to design a modular system to suit your needs.

When compressed air (1) flows through the pump nozzles, air from outside the pump will be entrained by the jet of air at the nozzle outlet. Suction will then be generated at the openings to the various nozzles (2). Exhaust air then exits the pump (3)

"In-line" Design

The P3010 series enables you to decide for yourself the functions you need. The performance can therefore be upgraded or modified in pace with your changing needs.

The P3010 series creates no sparking, no vibrations and no heat emission. This guarantees high productivity, a safer workplace and excellent working environment.
